The studios are suited for 2 persons. All 5 studios are equivalent, however the lay out differs. There are 2 types.

The living room

There are 2 studios with a separate living and sleeping room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Permanent hot and cold water is available. Studios are equipped with refrigerator and air-conditioning. There is no cooking possibility! These studios do not have balconies.

The other 3 studios differ in the sense that there is a combined living and sleeping room and a balcony!
Except for one (second floor) all studios are on the ground floor. All studios have safety boxes, which are for rent for daily or weekly amounts which are relatively small.

Every day the apartments and towels are cleaned. Bed linen is cleaned twice a week.

Two bedroom apartment

The 2-bedroom (big) apartments are suitable for 4 (or 5) persons. All 10 big apartments are equivalent, however the lay out differs.

There are 2 types.

There are eight big apartments with one bathroom and 3 having 2 bathrooms. The bathroom(s) have a shower and toilet. Permanent hot and cold water is available. All apartments have a separate living and a kitchen with cooking possibility and refrigerator. One sleeping room has air-conditioning and the other a ventilator. All big apartments have balconies.

The big apartments are situated on the ground floor, first and second floor. All apartments have safety boxes, which are for rent for daily or weekly amounts which are relatively small.

Every day the apartments and towels are cleaned. Bed linen is cleaned twice a week.
